Chest Bis Abs

Tonight I trained chest bis and abs. Great workout I would say. For chest I did incline flies, flat bench, dips, and incline db. Bis I did curls , preacher curls, and bicep machine. Abs I did leg raises and crunches. I think I need to either add more volume or train a little more intense. Also I need a good ab routine because I don't feel like I'm hitting them right. Any tips on that would be great. Diet is getting better; I got some grocerys so it will be perfect tomorrow and I have about a month left on my bulk. This blog also needs to improve which I've been slacking on so any tips to make it better would be great. Thanks.

  3. chest, bis, and abs, the only muscles girls care about lulz. i would try doing dropset weighted crunches, really gets the abs burning.
