Did Shoulders/Traps tonight. Was in a bad mood before working out but left the gym feeling great. Awesome workout. Shoulders- Rear Delt machine, upright rows supersetted with standing press, lateral raises, seated db press. Traps- db shrugs, barbell shrugs. Did some ab work to top of a great workout. Diet is finally on track too. Getting in lots of protein, and slow digesting carbs. One more month of bulking then it's time to cut.
