Back/Tris-My journey to aesthetics

Haven't updated in several days. Did back today. Awesome workout. Did v-bar lat pulldowns, deadlifts, and dumbbell rows. Tris I did 4 sets of rope pushdown and 4 sets of skull crushers. Diet still needs work although I am getting in lots of protein. Decided a week ago that I am going to bulk through march to add some weight before my cut.
