My journey to aesthetics

Didn't update yesterday but I did shoulders and traps. Shoulders- Rear delt machine, Lateral raises, Upright rows, standing military press. Traps- DB Shrugs.  Pretty intense workout. Today I'll be doing chest/bis/abs. Typical myspace ripped kid workout, lol.
