Back and Tris

Haven't posted in a few days. Diet has sucked as well. Someone give me motivation to get this shit together. Anyways it was back and tris today. Back- V bar lat pulldowns, tbar rows, dumbbell rows. Tris- tricep pushdown, skulls, cgbp. I need to add some deadlifts to my back routine, haven't done them consistently in a while.

You probably gained 2-3 lbs of PURE FUCKING FAT and go look at yourself in the fucking mirror you fat piece of shit... get back on the diet and maybe I will reconsider to call you something else like "swole" or "jacked" instead of "fat ass"...... FAT ASS.
