Shoulders-My journey to aesthetics

going to be doing shoulders / traps / abs tonight. keto sucks, cant wait till refeed on saturday

  3. On the topic of shoulders exercise, my favorite is laterall raises. Nothing gives cuts on your shoulders like laterall raises.
