Chest-My journey to aesthetics

Just got back from doing chest. Pretty good workout (7/10). Did cable crossovers, incline db, decline db, dips, and machine flyes. 20 minutes of cardio after. I have decided to forgo keto and just do low carb instead. Keto is a bitch and I have no energy.

  4. Personally, I like dips because I feel it helps develop the under-chest area, where most people are lacking.

  5. Forget keto... have you ever heard of the Anabolic Diet? Its based on similar principles, but you get to have a carb-up day every 4-5 days... it works pretty well too. Look into it!

  9. nice. i workout at my home gym now and i miss dips and cable crossovers =/

    thinking about buying a dip station and belt and a pulley system for crossovers.
