Did chest and bis yesterday but didn't update. Chest- Incline flyes, flat bench, dips, incline db Bis- Preacher curls
Starting to get a little lazy with the blog so I'm going to add a better layout to it and update it more/ alot more effort. Any tips on how to get my bench up? It's weak as fuck. Other than the fact that my lifts suck, I'm starting to fill in nicely. Just got to hit everything hard and keep diet up for this last month, then hopefully it will be time to get joocy for summer. Gonna upload pics sooner or later.
