Pretty great workout tonight considering that I got 2 hours of sleep.
Legs- Leg curls, squats, leg press
Calves- Standing calf raises
Bis-Preacher curls, hammer curls
Abs-Hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, weighted situps
Intensity is starting to get better, lifting hard for about a month more till the cut. Has anyone used the eca stack or had success with a fat burner? Might try one about 2 months in or so to help with strength and endurance.
