Back/Tris

Didn't update yesterday but I did back and tris. Pretty good workout. For back I did lat pull downs, bb rows, db rows, seated rows. kind of repetitive but I didn't deadlift, although i should have. Tris- rope pushdown, skull crushers, cgbp . updating from my phone.

  3. deadlifts are overrated unless you really have good technique, which most people dont.
