On the topic of shoulders exercise, my favorite is laterall raises. Nothing gives cuts on your shoulders like laterall raises.
Agreed chris. And flexbrah ill get you back. I'm starting to feel that keto isn't necessary and the feeling of having no carbs in you sucks.
